This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling your Novux Cloud subscription services. All services are provided by NOVUX CLOUD TECHNOLOGIES ("Novux Cloud"), based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your Novux Cloud subscription at any time through the following methods:

  • Email — Send a cancellation request to billing@novuxcloud.com with your account details
  • Account Dashboard — Self-service cancellation through your account settings under Billing & Subscription
  • Support Contact — Contact our team via WhatsApp at +91 80456 78900 or through the contact form
For security purposes, cancellation requests must be sent from the email address registered with your Novux Cloud account.

Cancellation Terms & Duration

Please note the following important terms regarding cancellation:

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
  • You will retain full access to your services until the end of your paid period
  • No partial refunds for unused time within the current billing cycle (except within the 30-day money-back guarantee period)
  • All data stored on our servers will be retained for 30 days after the cancellation effective date
  • After 30 days from cancellation, all your data will be permanently deleted from our systems
  • Any pending invoices or outstanding payments must be settled before cancellation is processed

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you cancel within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee policy. To request a refund along with cancellation, please email billing@novuxcloud.com with the subject line "Cancellation & Refund Request".

Full Refund Eligibility: Cancellations made within 30 days of first payment qualify for a complete refund. Contact billing@novuxcloud.com to process your request.

What Happens After Cancellation

Once your cancellation is processed:

  • Your services will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will receive a confirmation email once cancellation is processed
  • Auto-renewal will be disabled for your account
  • You can still access your account dashboard to download any data during the 30-day retention period
  • After 30 days, all your data, configurations, and backups will be permanently deleted
  • You may reactivate your account at any time by logging in and purchasing a new plan

Non-Cancellable Items

The following items are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled for a refund:

  • Domain name registrations (subject to third-party domain registrar policies)
  • SSL certificates once issued and installed
  • Setup fees and one-time configuration charges
  • Services already terminated due to violation of Terms of Service

Data Retention After Cancellation

Following cancellation, your data retention timeline is as follows:

0-7 Days

Full access to services and data

8-30 Days

Read-only access to download data

After 30 Days

Permanent data deletion

We strongly recommend backing up all important data before cancellation. Once the 30-day retention period expires, data recovery is not possible.
